What sets us apart is our deep understanding of complex psychosocial disabilities and the real-world challenges that come with them. Our team specialises in supporting individuals with co-occurring substance use, forensic histories, and high behavioural complexity — areas where many providers hesitate to engage.

  • We offer a range of supported living options tailored to each participant’s goals and level of independence:

    • Supported Independent Living (SIL): 24/7 in-home support in shared or individual settings, focused on developing daily living skills and promoting independence.

    • Individualised Living Options (ILO): Flexible, person-centred living arrangements designed around the participant’s preferences, routines, and support network.

    • Level 3 Supported Residential Services: Specialist accommodation for individuals with complex behavioural or psychosocial needs, delivered in a structured and therapeutic environment with skilled staff oversight.
      Jamie’s camp is known for its dynamic, engaging programs that cater to all skill levels, ensuring every child feels encouraged and motivated.

  • Our in-home supports assist participants to live safely and independently in their own homes. This includes personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, medication support, and skill-building activities — always delivered with dignity, respect, and consistency.

  • We empower participants to engage with their communities by supporting them to attend appointments, recreational activities, social outings, education, and employment opportunities. Our goal is to reduce isolation and build meaningful community connections.

  • Our experienced Support Coordinators help participants navigate the NDIS, connect with service providers, and make the most of their funding. We work collaboratively to ensure each plan is implemented effectively and aligns with the participant’s goals.

  • We assist individuals who are new to the NDIS to understand eligibility requirements, prepare supporting documentation, and complete the application process. Our team provides guidance every step of the way to ensure a smooth and supported entry into the scheme
